Hide AdMcNamara also told a police officer he would rape his wife and made a race-hate remark to another officer.
The 27-year-old dad, of Coronation Street, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to offences including two assaults, threatening and racially-aggravated behaviour and causing damage.
He was sentenced to four months’ prison suspended for 18 months, with up to 30 days’ rehabilitation to be supervised by the Probation Service and ordered to pay £75 compensation to his partner’s sister with £85 costs plus £80 victims’ surcharge by District Judge Roger Lowe sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.
The judge told him: “You must have been absolutely legless. You need to watch your alcohol intake in future. You have really blotted your copybook with your partner and I suspect you will have to eat humble pie over the weeks to come.”

Hide AdPam Smith, prosecuting, said McNamara came home from the pub and started fighting with a man he had brought back on January 17 about 8pm.
As his wife tried to get the children back into bed McNamara rampaged around the house.
Robert Castle, defending, told the judge that his client, who had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and Asperger’s, was not a racist. McNamara was extremely apologetic to everyone.
