A man accused of going into his former partner’s home and punching her on the side of the face has made his first appearance at court.
Trevor Lloyd, 60, of The Esplanade, Fleetwood, pleaded not guilty to assault and breaching a restraining order not to contact his ex, magistrates were told.
The offences are alleged to have taken place at Fleetwood on October 25.
The prosecution opposed an application for bail for Lloyd by defence lawyer Brett Chappell.
Lloyd was bailed to December 5 for trial by Blackpool magistrates.
He must not enter Wyre borough or contact the complainant and must report four times each week to the police as conditions of his bail, he was told by magistrates.
