Fleetwood Lifeboat Day, one of the biggest fund-raisers of the year for the RNLI, will be staged this weekend.
The popular event takes place on Saturday and is expected to pull in the crowds.
It is a free, full day of events on the waterfront around Fleetwood Lifeboat Station.
There will be stalls, entertainment and refreshments along the promenade, with plenty of action on the water, too.
Visiting lifeboats from Blackpool and Barrow will be attending and a real crowd-puller will be the Morecambe hovercraft.
The lifeboat crew are putting the day together and are hoping for a big turnout
A lifeboat spokesman said: “We will be up and running by about 10am and the Mayor and our MP will be arriving at about 10.30am.
“There will be a Marina sail past at about 11.30am.
“Please come along and show your support.”
Last year’s event raised a tidy £1,500 for the rescue service.
