A man who made repeated threats to kill one of his neighbours has been sent for sentence at Preston Crown Court.
Colin Silvers, 54, of Windsor Terrace, Fleetwood, admitted making threats to kill to a police officer.
There are considerable mental health issue involved
Silvers was remanded in custody by Blackpool Magistrates pending his appearance at the higher court on September 9.
The justices were told by prosecutor Pam Smith that when PC Colin Adams was called to Silvers’ flat he complained that Tracey Wilson owed him money and that he was going to kill her.
Later that day Silvers repeated the threat at town’s police station and demanded he be locked up.
Daniel Harman, defending, said:”There are considerable mental health issue involved.”
