Easter isn't far off, with Easter Sunday falling on Sunday, March 31.
Schools will break up for two weeks, and the weather should be turning warmer - so if you're looking for activities for the family, we've rounded up a selection of what's on across the Lancashire area.
Shortly after Easter, Elmer and 30 of his uniquely decorated friends will form the biggest-ever public art trail Blackpool has seen. The sculptures will be placed around key landmarks, streets, and open spaces across Blackpool to form a free walking trail from April 13 to June 9.
8. Heskin Hall Shopping Village, Wood Lane, PR7 5PA
On Saturday, March 30m, enjoy an Easter Hunt all around the Heskin Hall Shopping Village using clues to collect eggs, then follow the footprints to meet special guests, Peter Rabbit and the Easter Fairy. Each child will receive a gift from our special guests and grown-ups can take their own photographs too

Join Mooky and Mr Boo as they deliver their slapstick antics in a brand new show for the 2024 season. Produced and directed by the Endresz family at one of the most iconic circus venues in the world, the show promises visitors a host of all-new jaw-dropping performances and never-before-seen acts in the newly-restored Blackpool Tower Circus.
10. The West Lancashire Light Railway, Hesketh Bank
Ride the trains, meet the Easter Bunny and join in a Grand Easter Egg Hunt at The West Lancashire Light Railway in Hesketh Bank. There will be two engines in steam, plus traditional games, free competitions with Easter prizes, children's fairground ride and a tearoom available.

Move over Easter Bunny, there’s a new rabbit in town! Hop into the oversized world of adventure at Peter Rabbit: Explore and Play and explore the five fluffy-tailed zones – from Mr McGregor’s Garden to Mr Bouncer’s Invention Workshop. Find the attraction on the Golden Mile next to Madame Tussauds and close to the hugely popular Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse.
From 11am to 4pm on Saturday, March 30, the streets of Colne will be jam-packed with family-friendly fun including free donket rides, free circus shows, free archery, magic shows, balloon modelling, face painting and more.
