Police say a man was threatened with a knife outside a service station.

The incident happened around 11.30pm on Saturday, September 26, on the forecourt of Anchorsholme service station on Fleetwood Road.

A man entered the station and was abusive with staff, before being escorted out of the building

But he then pulled a knife out of his pocket and threatened to stab another man, before walking away in the direction of Luton Road.

Police want to speak to this man, pictured, in connection with the incident.

He is described as having short grey hair, wearing a dark jacket and grey tracksuit bottoms.
