Sarah Hawkins, 25, of Cookson Street, Thornton, is also alleged to have possessed a kitchen knife in the resort’s Blackpool Road.

Hawkins case was adjourned by Blackpool magistrates.

• A woman who tried to eat her own food in a Poulton pub threatened the manager after she was asked to leave.

Alysia Wignall, 42, of St Michaels Close, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly.

She was fined £100 with £85 costs and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.

Prosecutor Pam Smith said police were called to the Castle Gardens pub on March 12 at 7.45pm, where Wignall was said to be being abusive and threatening to staff.

Police tried for half an hour to get Wignall to go home. She said she would walk home but then got on a bus without paying.

Wignall apologised to magistrates and said she had been drinking more recently after her father died last year.

• A man accused of wounding has been banned from entering Fleetwood as a condition of his bail.

Simon Wild, 33, of Grange Street, Salford, is charged with maliciously wounding another man with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm.

The offence is alleged to have taken place at Fleetwood on New Year’s Eve.

Wild was bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on April 27 by Blackpool magistrates.

In addition to being banned from Fleetwood he must not interfere with named witnesses and must live at his given address as conditions of his bail.

• A man accused of stealing £139 worth of alcohol from Asda, Dock Road, Fleetwood, has been put on the wanted list.

Timothy Daley, 44, of Balmoral Terrace, Fleetwood, had a warrant without bail issued by Blackpool magistrates for his arrest after he failed to attend court.

• A man was arrested by police as he ate a stolen Easter Egg.

Robert Moyle and an accomplice stole five chocolate eggs from a car in Fleetwood

Blackpool Magistrates Court heard that the duo had been seen trying car door handles in the town.

Moyle, 32, of Windsor Place,Fleetwood admitted two charges of interfering with parked cars.

He also admitted stealing the five eggs and a bottle of perfume.

Moyle also admitted possession a small amout of the Class A drug diamorphine which prosecutor Malcolm Isherwood said was for Moyle’s own use.

“The defendant had partly ate one of the eggs when he was arrested,” said the prosecutor.

Patrick Nelligan,defending said:”This man was led into these crimes by a man with a far worse criminal record than his.

Moyle was given a 12 week curfew and was fined and ordered to pay compensation totalling £165.

• A man has denied assaulting three women . in the same day.

Thirty one-year-old Peter Simpson will stand trial at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court on May 10.

Simpson of Larkholme Parade, Fleetwood, is charged with assault causing actual bodily harm on Karen Joyce.

He is also charged with assault on Charlene Cavanagh and Kitty Hunter.

The offences are alleged to have taken place on September 12 2015.

• A woman accused of stealing four bottles of spirits valued at £130 from Fleetwood’s Asda Stores Dock Road has made her first appearance at court.

Bethany Pirie, 21, of Poulton Street, Fleetwood, had her case adjourned for further inquiries by Blackpool magistrates.

• A man who twice indecently exposed himself, once outside a hospital, has been jailed.

Colin Silvers, 55, formerly of Bold Street, Fleetwood, now of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two offences of intentionally exposing his private parts with intent to cause harassment alarm and distress and one offence of assault.

He was sentenced to 24 weeks’ imprisonment, put on the Sex Offenders’ Register for seven years and ordered to pay £80 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.

Presiding magistrate Jane McDonnell told him: “Your behaviour was totally unacceptable. You will not accept the help of the probation or mental health services.”

Pam Smith, prosecuting, said Silvers attacked a former neighbour of his in Fleetwood’s North Church Street. on March 11.

Silvers punched the man in the head and hit his head on the ground when the victim fell to the ground.

Members of the public intervened and got Silvers off. Silvers then pulled down his pants, exposed himself and shouted abuse.

On April 3 police were called to Blackpool Victoria Hospital where Silvers was causing problems for medical staff.

Staff wanted Silvers to leave but at first he refused saying he had nowhere else to go.

Eventually he left, but outside the hospital Silvers became upset because police would not give him a lift back to Fleetwood.

At first he lay on the floor screaming and then got up, pulled down his pants and exposed himself.

Gary McAnulty, defending, said his client had mental health issues.

Silvers said the neighbour had previously borrowed about £1,000 and had not paid him back.

At the hospital Silvers felt he should have been allowed to stay in.

Mr McAnulty added: “He says he has nowhere to go and that he would rather go to prison where he gets fed three times a days, get his medication and does not have suicidal thoughts.

“He says if he is allowed his freedom he is likely to commit suicide or other offences.”

• A teenage boy got in trouble with police when he was drunk in Fleetwood.

The 17-year-old boy, formerly from Fleetwood now living in Manchester, whose identity can not be revealed for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to breaching an Anti Social Behaviour Order by being drunk at Fleetwood and inside an area of the port he was excluded from on April 3 this year.

The boy was bailed to Blackpool Youth Court for sentence and must not enter Fleetwood as a condition of his bail.

• A man took drastic action to get into his girlfriend’s home at St Annes because he thought a party was going on in there without him.

John Williamson got hold of a paving stone from outside the address on Heyhouses Lane and hurled it through the living room window to gain entry,

Williamson, a 30-year-old landscape gardener, of Arundel Drive, Poulton, pleaded guilty to causing damage.

He was fined £180 with £85 costs and ordered to pay £195 compensation with £20 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.

Williamson was also put on a 12 months restraining order which bans him from contacting his girlfriend and from going to her home.

Prosecutor, Malcolm Isherwood, said both Williamson and his girlfriend were on nights out with different groups of people, on March 12.

They were messaging each other but Williamson’s girlfriend refused to meet up with him saying she would see him the next day.

Williamson, however, went to her home and smashed the living room double-glazed window to get in.

Williamson told a female friend of his girlfriend’s: “I smashed the window because I thought you were having a party in there.”

Police found Williamson, who was extremely drunk, crouching near a car a few houses away from his girlfriend’s address.

Stephen Duffy, defending, said the couple had been messaging each other that night and Williamson got the impression she wanted him to go to her home.

• A fitter behaved badly towards police after a night out and was arrested.

Callum Fyall, 24, of Coniston Avenue, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly.

He was fined £120 with £85 costs and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge by District Judge David Purcell sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.

Prosecutor, Malcolm Isherwood, said police saw doorstaff at the resort’s Revolution Bar having trouble ejecting Fyall on February 21, so officers escorted him over the road.

He pulled away and started swearing.

He was told to stop and behave, but he would not comply so he was taken to the ground and arrested.

Fyall told the judge: “It was very embarrassing to listen to that. There is no excuse. I’m sorry.”

• A 29-year old Fleetwood man has denied drink driving.

The trial of Jason Mark Foster of Hollywood Grove will take place on May 17.

He denies the offence alleged to have taken place on January 3 in Fleetwood.

Blackpool magistrates agreed to adjourn the hearing so that Foster can submit a medical defence.

• A 48-year-old Fleetwood man has denied assaulting his partner at their home.

Robert Mark Sumner, of Hatfield Avenue, is alleged to have assaulted Simone McMinn on March 12 at Lancaster Gate,Fleetwood.

Sumner was bailed until his trial on May 10 on condition he does not contact the complainant or enter Lancaster Gate.

• A man took revenge when he found out his former partner was now going out with his cousin.

Lee Valente went round to her house and when he found the cousin was on the premises lost his temper,Blackpool magistrates heard.

Valente of London Street,Fleetwood, admitted criminal damage to the woamn’s front door to the value of £300.

He kicked in the door from its hinges when his ex partner refused to come outside.

The incident also caused £200 damage to the walls surrounding the door.

Magistrates adjourned sentence on Valente so that pre sentence reports can be prepared on him.
