Police have released an image of a woman they need help to identify after she was caught on CCTV at the scene of a shoplifting incident.
Officers in Cleveleys are appealing for information after staff discovered 10 packs of cheese had been stolen from a chiller unit in Cooltrader on Victoria Road West.
Officers said the theft took place on February 11 after the thief entered the store as a prospective customer, filled up a bag with the cheese and fled without being seen.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who recognises the woman to contact them.
PC Mark Hepplestall, from Cleveleys Police, said: “Shoplifting is a serious offence that can have devastating consequences on the economy.
“I urge anyone who recognises this woman or the woman herself to contact police on 101.”
