A teenager cleared of robbery found himself back in court after not keeping in touch with his probation officer.
Benjamin Stewart had been detained for failing to answer his bail before being acquitted of robbing a boy in a tent.
Stewart, 19, formerly of Bancroft Avenue, Thornton, now living at Mount Street, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to being in breach of his licence from a young offenders institute.
He was fined £30 but could not pay immediately so Blackpool magistrates said he must remain in the precincts of the court until lunchtime instead of paying the fine.
Stewart was also ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge by the court.
