A trawler that ran into difficulty just off the coast of Fleetwood sparked a recovery mission over the weekend.
Fleetwood Coastguard reported a busy night as stormy conditions meant the boat had difficulty getting into the dock yesterday.
A lifeboat was launched for a second time last night to help the vessel as it struggled in the strong wind.
The rescue mission began at 11.30am on Saturday after the trawler ran aground.
Crew members helped tow the stricken boat back to shore, where it was tied up.
The boat, which was on its way to Liverpool, is set to resume its journey once conditions are safe.
