Andrew Sherlock, 41, of Salmesbury Avenue, Bispham, is charged with inciting a 10-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy to engage in sexual activity.The offences are alleged to have taken place last year. Prosecutor, Jim Mowbray, said the case must be heard at crown court.Defence lawyer, Steven Townley, said his client categorically denied the allegations.Sherlock was bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on August 24 by District Judge Edward Barr sitting at Blackpool Magistrates' Court.He must live at his given address and not have any unsupervised contact with any child under 16 unless it is inadvertent or fleeting contact.
