POLICE are stepping up their hunt for men involved in the axe attack at a Preston hotel.
The attack happened at the Ibis hotel in Broughton last month, when a man was severely injured when he was attacked men with an axe.

Specialist police officers have been searching the undergrowth surrounding the hotel.

Officers are also very keen to speak to someone seen in a nearby hardware store on October 12, a day before the attack, who purchased an axe similar to the one used in the attack.

Anyone with information should contact the police.
