Volunteers' plea for towns' CCTV

POLICE in Wyre are seeking volunteers to help operate their town centre CCTV systems in Fleetwood, Garstang, Poulton and Cleveleys.
Training will be given, but transport is needed. Unsociable working hours may be required.

OAP targeted

A SNEAK thief stole £290 from a Fleetwood pensioner. The culprit entered an unlocked front door on Broadway and stole the cash from a drawer in a upstairs bedroom.

Shop till stolen

A THIEF forced a door at Farmer Parr’s Animal World in Fleetwood and took a till from one of the shops.
