FLEETWOOD man Dave McChrystal will be out in the stalls when St Bernadette's Players take to the stage this week with their latest production.
But that doesn’t mean Dave has taken a break this time – far from it, in fact!
Seasoned stage campaigner Dave, 28, has directed the Players’ production of ‘Out Of Focus’, a quickfire, clever and entertaining comedy written by Peter Gordon.
The
play could be a case of life imitating art – or vise versa!
Vicar’s wife Evonne Duckworth is putting on a pantomime with a drama group filled with some very ‘interesting’ characters...and In a church hall that’s been treble booked!
Who said putting on a show was easy!
Director Dave hopes that by supporting local theatre, people will forget the recent economic gloom with an evening of quality entertainment and great value for money.
The Bispham-based Players have entertained audiences for 32 years and are confident their latest show will prove a hit with audiences.
‘Out Of Focus’ begins tonight (Wednesday) and continues its run on Friday and Saturday, beginning each night at 7.30pm at the St Bernadette’s RC Church Hall, All Hallows Road, Bispham.
There is no Thursday performance due to the local elections.
