Man to appear in court after alleged theft atBlackpool
A 36 year old man from Hounslow been reported for summons for theft, fraud and attempted fraud after a coat, phone and wallet were stolen from Mr Basrai's restaurant in Blackpool.
The incident, on September 20, led to a police appeal which generated a huge response and was shared internationally, due to the suspect said to resemble David Schwimmer, who played the character Ross from Friends.
